Probably a Bucktail/Jig with some type of trailer bait on it!

I'll use a fish-finder rig wth a single Flounder Pounder rig wth 1 to 3 oz's of weight, tipped wth a minnow/squid combo or some FishBites

My favorite set-up consits of fishing two 3/8 oz to 1 oz shadhead jigs spec-rig style with various colored SW Assassins, SuperFlukes, Gotchas or other plastic bodies. A fresh spearing, a small strip of herring, blue or bunker, or a small chunk of chicken on the jighook greatly increases your chances of getting a strike. I've watched big flounder follow a jig right up under the boat but not take it w/o a small bit of bait on the hook for smell. Last year, there was only one trip where the largest flounder of the day did not fall to a jig, and that was a day we were fishing live spot and mullet.
