Default A must read for all charter captains!

ALL U.S.C.G. licensed captains are going to need this I.D before the end of the year.
You should check into this. Fresh water guides also.

If you are running charters without a U.S.C.G license,,,you might want to get one. There are going to be checking every where!

Why would you need to access regulated facilities or vessels while chartering?
