Default What's the Best way to

Clean or fillet a Yellowfin Tuna? Specific info or also pictures will be greatly appreciated.......

Thank you Derf, I showed those pics to a friend and was told that there is alot more meat to be had around the head section with 2 extra cuts instead of just the 1 continuous cut, also theres a way to get to the jaw meat.Maybe I'll have a chance to put those pics to use this yr.
