Default attn: owners of 1997 to 2005 Ford trucks wth a 7.3 diesel

if you have had problems wth the truck stalling or a "no start" and have replaced the cam sensor, I think we're about to see a recall on them. the part # changed and price went from a list of $190.93 to $27.62 and thats usally an indactor of a recal, when they change the part # and reduce the price that much.

the old part # was F7TZ-12K073-A and the new part # is a F7TZ-12K073-B

I put in a 73-A a few months ago because of the stalling. But I didn't go to the stearlership and only paid $70.
Will the 73-B be $27 or is that just for the A version?

Should just go straight to International Harvester and get a CAMP.
I know the Govies have had an eye on the CPS problem, looking for enough evidence to slam Ford about it.

Can I just walk into any dealer and get that price?
Or do I need to get it from you?
Whichever, whatever, I'll take one!
