Page 96, Part 317:
Sharks: No finning and discarding the carcass at sea. Sooooo... I guess that means they are still allowed to transport the shark as a whole to the plant and THEN cut the fins off and discard the carcass.... I really wish it said straight out, NO FINNING OR SALE/PURCHASE OF!
