Default New Reel

Has anyone ever used a diawa opus 6000 spinning reel. I Just bought one to use for sharking. It can hold 260 yards of 25#. So i can probably get 300 or better with 20#.Its not that much line but its more than my old rods.

Just make sure you use the rod to do al the lifting and rell in on the downstroke, don't want to stress the reel. The line is kind'a light but you'd be amazed at what you can bring in with practice. Bring an extra spool of line....
