Hey All,

I have moved here a year ago. I am after the striper. I have been trying to catch a keeper for the last two years. I tried in Delaware and here in colonial beach. I have a boat so getting to the spots is not a problem. I must be doing something wrong. I have only caught two smallies. Where should I go and what shoud I use to catch them.
