Tomrrow night at 5pm the US Navy will be in town to explain their plans for traing ops and how it effects our area. There is supposed to be an opening for public comment also. At the Princess Royale, I'm going to try and make it.

Plenty of public notice but you have to read the "local" papers to get it! The Dispatch and OC Today!
