Hey Bev, started to make it a go up that this weekend but friends came into town early Friday so dulled my plans for any fish'n.

We had some heavy hitters out there this weekend! The weather turned out fishable, unfortunately the fish didn't show up. It was good to see the regulars and nice to meet new folks.

Thanks for the update. Do you know if any shorts or decent sized bluefish were caught?

Jay, I did hear of a snapper on Sat.

I wasn't in the tourney but fished sat and sunday for fun - I caught 6 blues but all snapper sized - largest about 15 inches

Where are the stripers and where are the big blues? Least I know I wasn't alone comin up empty.

nice to meet a fellow surf junkie tropaw.fished pretty hard sat using fresh bunker chunks&heads.caught the skunk but nice being out first time this fall.the big ones will be along soon i hope.i had a kick ass fall last year

Since no fish were caught during the tournament, we decided to give out the prize money anyway. There was a drawing at Harbor Tackle and the following names were drawn:

• Second Largest Fish Prize: Michael Malone - $740.00
• Largest Fish Prize: Andrew Rose - $1,110.00
