    Tyaskin Park--County-owned park on Wetipquin Creek west of Rt. 349 at Tyaskin

    i was'nt aware no license needed here, just goes to show what i dont know, but i can tell you there is good fishing there. alot of fish caught off that old bridge

    I too have caught a fish or two right where you are speaking of; however, I believe they are referring to the public peer at the end of Tyaskin Rd by the pavilion, not the bridge next to the boat ramp on Wetipquin Rd. If you're fishing w/o a license be careful... I've had an encounter or two with the law over there in my day and I can tell you they mean business. Also if you continue down the highway through Nanticoke and turn rt. on Red Hill lane there is an incredible beach and fishing here at Roaring pt! Enjoy & please take care of my favorite spots they are almost extinct.
