if the state would use this money to benifit the anglers that use the waters ,and the enviroment they use .
that would be one thing but it will go into a slush fund and used however they feel appropriate.

I've never paid to throw my lure into briney water, we have always had freshwater licenses, but saltwater??? i think the state should offer a lifetime saltwater license for residents for a reasonable price for the first year atleast.
