| Hey Guys! Bringing the wife and kid to try to have a family fishing outing. Looking for someplace along the Delaware bay that I can catch hardhead or really anything with a decent bite rate. I am familiar with Lewes and Cape Hene. Just wondering if there was any public fishing piers further north in the bay or in the south end of the DE river that were any good. PM me with any info! Good luck! J Last edited by TheNakedJeeper; 06-05-2008 at 08:03 PM.. Reason: ommited location |

| Augustine Beach has a nice jetty. It's pretty far north though. I believe they're still getting stripers there. You won't see the hardheads until July.

| Hello, I am new to the site. Just to let you know, I was at port mahon last week, The storm of a few weeks ago really tore it up. You cannot get to the pier, the steps are gone! If you are looking north in delaware you may try woodland beach, it has small pier. tight lines scott dms2322 |
