| I fished today from 8:30 to 1:30. I caught the end of the outgoing, it seemed it would never stop going out. I fished hard until 12:30 without getting a single bite. I took the whole day off so I toughed it out and had a sandwich. The next three drifts I had a keeper flounder. The second fish was the largest of the day. He slammed a 1/2 oz. jig head with a fin-S and fought like a striper. I drifted three or four more times before I got the last one. The fish were between 17.5" and 20". All but the biggest were caught on minnows. Last edited by Sam; 05-12-2007 at 06:59 PM.. |
