| We tried his bbq ribs in the smoker today and they turned out GREAT!  Tail gating at the beach comes to mind. |

| whether you smoke em or slow cook them time is the key and pulling the membrane off the back is the other key either way you got some good eats....imo Danish baby back ribs are the best....
