Default Simple shrimp salad

-steamed shrimp,,,I steam my own with old bay,,,for some reason, the shrimp salad always taste better than the precooked shrimp
-1/2 cup mayo too 1 Tablespoon of "good" dijon mustard ratio
-1-2 Tableblespoons of old bay, more or less, which ever you prefer
-chopped onions
-salt
-pepper
-red pepper flakes,,,you want it hot, pile them on:icon_twisted:
-worcester sauce - a squirt per pound

Thats it,,,depending how much steam shrimp you use, you just want to use just enough of mayo/dijon to lightly coat the shrimp,,,I am not much on measuring when it comes to shrimp salad and just try to make everything to taste,,,personally, I like alot of heat in my shrimp salad but went with a very mild to know heat for the fling shrimp,,,play with the amount of ingredients to your specs.

Man, that was some GOOD shrimp salad on Friday. I wanted more, but didn't want to be a pig.

I have to say that once I ventured down from the Northern Outpost I did try the shrimp and it was great... The only problem was Sam's nephew was with me (Conk-Shell) and ate the last bit!
