Thumbs down Reports from Connecticut

Ran out to Old Scantum 1st light looking for SBFT. Trolled a couple of hours. Nada. Dropped clams in 250' for groundfish. It was slow with barely legal and sublegal haddock, bitty cod and a couple of cusk. Hounds in thick over by the chumming giant tuna fishermen. Had to go at 1:30.
