4 SALE BEACH GET-A-WAY
This has been my sanctuary 4 the past 5 years.It is a 1972 12x60 mobile home located in Riverview mobile home park, Bishopville,Maryland.Two bedroom 1 bath.This is a peacefull secluded area with a 15-20 minute drive to get down town Ocean City.Most of the other residents live there year round witch keeps the lot rent reasonable at 315.00 per month.This includes taxes,water,sewer,and garbage.This is 1 of only 2 trailers located on the water with direct access(Bishopville prong, back water of the Saint Martins river).It is very secure in that I can go to the boardwalk and out to eat with my doors unlocked, shed open, and all my rods &reels leaning against the trailer and upon my return nothing is disturbed.A tight nit and friendly community.Post or PM questions, I have tons of photos and video.

I don't want to make assumptions or speak for Dave but my guess is mortgages are harder to come by and so are funds for new pool installations. It reaches far and wide...
