Default 1569 twins

I'll have my two 1569's in Ocean City this weekend $300 per. Identical rods (nearly, one has gold trim) I'll post pics when I get home. Here are some of the first one. Fuji hardloy running guides with SiC tips on them. Fuji seat and cork tape grip. About 34-35" butt to seat, full length.

If you see me out there this weekend I would like to throw one of them once or twice just to see how they are.

I won't be able to purchase one until the spring, but I would like to get a feel for it before I make any decisions.

here ya are, the bands aren't that noticable and got covered by some of the gold, the one without bands is a little more 'stealthy'.

Default How .....

How far do you think one of these will throw 8 oz with a Torium 30 ? Hitting 100yds with 12 oz right now, with this 30 on a pretty stiff 11 -1/2 daiwa sealine X heavy rod. And - I know this is a dumb question - what is the max for that rod you have for sale?

The max for this rod is only limited by your own skill.

I will say I have used this exact rod Ben is selling and by the end of the day i was out throwing all my other rods that I have been using. This is a very very nice rod! its well worth whatever Ben is asking for it.

If I wasn't planning on buying a blank to build myself I would be all over this rod right now (actually 2 months ago).

hey Grossy, that rod might be a lot closer to you than you think right now!!!
