Ok, so I want to buy one, I think this is the summer I will do it. I've been watching Ebay for a good deal, but always get outbid....I don't mind spending the money, but would prefer if I spent it on something used, that I knew where it was coming from instead of some random guy on ebay. So, if anyone has one they don't use anymore laying around let me know....Also have a 15.5 Canoe I'd be willing to trade or throw in with some $$$$ if the yak is worth it.

Jeff, check the "craigslist" listings...they always seem to have something for sale. Also, if you don't nail one between now and summer's end, the vendor at Fenwick Island State Park sells off their rentals, as does the vendor (www.atlantickayak.com) at Ft. Washington State Park (PG Co. side of the Potomac). None of them give them away, however, as kayaks seem to retain a good deal of their value.
