Default Notebook

What are you looking for in a notebook? I have an extra Dell Inspiron 1150 laying around.

I need something for bigger boys too, 6'1 235...ish, and I'm looking to get into fishing from a kayak.

It's two years old, got a 17" screen, 512 ram, I'm going to keep my hard drive and replace it with a new 60 gb internal, wireless not built in I can come up with a linksys wireless card that fits the side or one that is usb depending on what you want, also can install ms office pro if you want. It's nothing cutting edge, it is solid though.

Possibly some, I'm looking to get into kayak fishing and really know very little about them. I'm still a little strapped after Christmas, but may be able to swing something now. What were you thinking figure wise? I really only replied because I have this extra laptop here that I don't use much anymore.

Does it look like this one ? With the square hatches? If so, are they waterproof ? Thanks.
