There are 140 species of Charks in the Mid-Atlantic waters. Ninety percent stay off shore but there are no fences keeping them away from the coast (Duh?)...
Bulls are indeed up here, in fact the 1916 attack in a NY creek was thought to be a Bull. They are all around Solomon's Island in the CB every evening tearing up the Skate. A bull was found in a pound net at the top of the CB. They have been seen in the MS river in St. Louis!!
I did a lot of flying in FL, saw lots of Chark. I remember one flight over Daytona Beach looking down at the hundreds of swimmers. Guess what was swimming all around them, probably within three feet.... The people never knew. Just like at
