hmmm - After a quick google search, believe it is for fisherman, but you need to buy a permit first - not sure what that costs and If I'll have a chance to get one on the way or not ....we'll see.
At very least, I'll do some recon for later in the year - I hear that this place is very good for blues and stripers in the fall....
