What do lawyers take to the bank? Big money. In legal question situations its lawyers that always do well. Why else would the fisherman groups need money to fight the battle? The enviros may be getting 'their' way, but it aint doing nothing for the fisherman or anyone really except the lawyers involved, as most access is going to be cut off for even foot traffic , eco wackos included.
It is bringing national attention/publicity to the
OBX area in general, which probably isnt hurting business. I know some folks are saying, "better get there and live it, before it closes up for good". Problem is, for me anyhow, the fuel costs associated with getting there...
