I am not going to touch any of my stock rods for a bit yet. Its going to be awhile until I can replace my arsenal with custom rods, i just don't have that kinda money laying around right now! I am planning on building 1 rod every couple of months or so. I really need to start saving money for a downpayment on a house
This fishing thing really put a dent in my wallet the past year.....
I was cleaning all my reels this past week getting ready for the spring and i couldn't believe how much money I have spent in the past year on fishing stuff, just the rods and reels, 3 Mag 525's, 2 Avet SX , Penn Senator 113H, 4 Tica rods , 2 (now 3) ocean master rods, a daiwa rod a couple 50 -70 dollar spinning reels, a couple spinning rods to go with them.
And I don't regret a single one of those purchases!!! I am well set for the next couple of years for surf fishing! Only thing left is the Kayak!
